Confused on install day

I've recently had a text from city diver saying there going to install my cable tomorrow 8th sep but also a text saying from sky it won't be activated by the 6th of November. So went on the app and it's also saying my engine is coming on that date as well even though on the phone I booked it in on the 8th of sep

Sometimes there can be a delay to installs due to engineer availability or other work required before the cable is brought into your home.
