Conetition coming and going we have this problem for on week, im not happy at all

My broadband is coming and going for at least one work
The Internet connection fron router to my phone is the problem

@Constantinstan Is it one or the other or both the problem's you have!

I don't have landline phone deal
I Have broadband only

@Constantinstan So you are aware, there is not ONE Single sky system out there that is broadband only, so you DO have a landline.
Anyway just call sky and have them take a look at what is going on with your connection, that is done by dialing 150 from your landline phone connected or not!
If you wish to check and test yourself then below linked also!
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
