Complaint

Our WiFi is off again however the service checker says all is ok. I have tried to reset as prompted and it won't t connect . 
I also have a warning about engineer visit. 
pls advise.

You aren’t contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. You aren't making a complaint by posting on here either.
