Complaint Regarding Unstable Wi-Fi Connection

Dear Sky Customer Service, I am writing to report ongoing issues with my Wi-Fi service. The connection has been very unstable and frequently drops, making it difficult to browse, stream, or work from home. As a paying customer, I expect a reliable internet service, and unfortunately, this has not been the case. Please investigate this matter urgently and let me know what steps will be taken to resolve the problem. Thank you for your prompt attention. Magda Radoi
