Compensation
Hi,
I've received an email to advise I will be awarded compensation, I just wanted to check this is genuine? If so, how will it be paid?

If you are due broadband compensation then it is added to your account as a credit so check your Sky billing to see if it has appeared yet. You would be awarded this if you had an outage or delayed activation when joining Sky.
