Compensation

I ordered sky broadband, had open reach come round to fit my box to find out it had not been dispatched. I called and was told it would be delivered by the next day. 2 weeks pass and the box never turned up. I phoned and cancelled and demanded compensation as I was unable to access any internet and used all of my data due to not having internet. I was told I would get the £5 back that I payed when I ordered my broadband aswell as compensation from the service I hadn't used aswelly as the inconvenience this cause. I was told I was going to get a total of £30 compensation but I still have not received this. I also noticed the other day sky had taken £4 out of my account and I am not sure why this was done but I would also line this refunded. I am deeply disappointed in the service sky has provided.
