Communitator app stopped working with Sky broadband

App is owned by telecoms consortium and from Tuesday this week 26/11/24 and no dialing tone.

Not yet. App works when I connect via a mobile phone. Network.

@jamie149 Hi, did you get this resolved as I am having exactly the same issue. Sky have run numerous tests and said theres nothing else they can do!

Yes we did. The issue was SIPALG. An advisor did say if you login to the router and select advance settings you can switch it off. Save the new settings and then switch the router off for an hour to update. I also completed a form which I found when I serached SIPALG on this forum. It's linked to VPN access. Just complete the form if you're not comfortable with changing the settings manually  and when asked for the VPN company simply put EXPRESS VPN as a example. Hope this helps
