Re: Hi we want to stop broadband services
@Sukunkhanpathan I'm afraid not, you would need call Sky.
These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …
🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
🔶online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.
🔶 Sky Assistant should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
🔶Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).
Note If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required.

Re: Hi we want to stop broadband services
@Sukunkhanpathan
For Broadband and Sky Talk subscriptions this link explains how to switch to an alternative broadband provider or the various methods to cancel completely.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you will most likely have to pay an early termination charge - Sky should notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge. Only in very limited unique circumstances will early termination charges be removed.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/charges-for-ending-your-sky-contract-early
NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and NOT a TV subscription.
Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period to the address the account was registered at. It’s important you keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

Re: Cnacal my sky bordered
Hello, I cancelled my Sky Broadband service and I already informed Customer Care last Friday. Please can you confirm that my cancellation has been processed and that there will be no further charges? Thank you.

@Sukunkhanpathan You already created a thread earlier today and received replies, there isn't any need to crreate a new one so your new thread has been merged with your original one.

Billing continues through a notice period. Bills for Broadband /Talk are generated 14 days prior to a payment date.
It's therefore quite normal that another bill payment will be required. Any overpayment will be reimbursed to you automatically. This can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection.
