Need help please!!
So I'm a new customer and when I got a new broadband deal I signed up to get £75 giftcard but said I had to wait 90 days before receiving it.
I checked and was told it was active from the 8th june so 90 days from then would be today but I haven't received anything? I've tried to email people but no one seems to know what's happening.
I had some trouble with our last bill as I previously had a sky account but closed the account and I've somehow reopened a different account under the same email address wonder if that could be the issue?
Any help much appreciated!!

Was that directly thru sky or the likes of money saving expert etc

I believe it was thorough sky itself.

But it goes through gift cloud? I've spoken to them and they couldn't help
