Cityfibre not working

I'm trying to connect my Sky hub to the cityfibre ONT. I've tried to both reset and disconnect the power supply to the ONT. but still doesn't work. 
currently display g a constant red light. No other lights showing.

@leanneflea What lights are showing on the CF CityFibre ONT for you to see? Is this all just a new connection or a new fault also.
