Hi,
since switching from virgin media to Sky, my Citrix Remote Desktop is being blocked by Sky. I have to now hotspot my phone with three which is a major issue as I work from home. I have raised this with Sky as it's their end but they have not been very helpful to find a solution or send an engineer. Shield etc was turned off but no joy. Anyone any advice or solutions found?? Thanks

We have sky max hub white one. I think there might be an issue that need's resetting up maybe. In the sky app I don't see a "hub" option in product settings

Have you tried to Enable UPnP to see if this helps with the VPN. This can be done loggining into the router. You will need to check the tab that it is on.

thanks yes I have tried that but didn't work which also was mentioned by other users. I also tried a suggestion below:
Open up a cmd window and type;
netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface 'Name of the interface" mtu=1472 store=persistent
(Note the name of the interface will usually be 'WiFi' or 'Ethernet' but if you dont know the name of the interface exactly you can type this command to see a list); netsh interface ipv4 show subinterfaces
If this doesnt work, change the MTU value in the command to 1452 and try again
This initially loooed promising when I tried 1420 and got further than before but then freezed upon applying my works user policy stage.

I believe you would have provided your Sky Community username or the email address that you use for your Community account when completing the form. I don't believe Sky have a timescale for resolution, just that they will use the information to investigate and I'd like to think that contact is made with you or the boards being updated as a when things progress.
