Cisco Voip phone setup

Got a VoiP phone. It is the Cisco 8841 model and wanting it to work with my router which is a SkyQ.

Even though the phone works I need help setting it up. Has anyone set up a dedicated VoiP set and how good is it? Apart from using Cat 5 cable, are there any other cables I need (barring PoE setup).

Ethernet to the router, power to the phone.  Configuration would be whatever the VoIP service provider specifies: it's not possible to use such a handset for Sky Talk Internet Calls.

On a Q Hub you may need to experiment with the SIP ALG setting on the Hub.
