Cisco Secure Client issues with Full Fibre Gigafast

My work have just upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 and it now uses Cisco Secure Client VPN. 


Since then, all of my Microsoft Teams calls are poor quality, keep freezing etc. Its the same with all calls to different people across different organisations and so I know it's me.

 

My IT believe its an issue with the Cisco and the Sky Hub but they are not covered to give me advice. I have tried unticking IPV6 in my router and reset the laptop but its still poor quality and freezing.


Any ideas? Most of my day is spent in Teams calls and so its becoming pretty much unusable. This has been happening since I made the change from Sky Broadband 80mb (it was perfect) to Sky Full Fibre.


Any help would be great. I have tried the help section but to no avail.
