Cisco AnyConnect Disconnecting for one hour the reconnects itself

I have worked from home since lockdown.
Occassionally my Cisco anyconnect would stop working for up to an hour then reconnect itself.
I try turning of my laptop and resetting the router and nothing works.  I just have to not work for an hour until it decides its going to connect again.

My work IT say its nothing to do with Cisco and its because my broadband connection is dropping.

All other devices are fine but they are not using Cisco.

IT say the connection only has to drop for a split second to cause Cisco to drop off.

These split seconds and then hour delay happen every week and usually at the beginning of the week.  I can usually log on fine then an hour or two into work, around 8am usually, the connection will drop off.

Since swapping to sky full fibre its become a weekly thing, before this it was every month or so.

This morning I checked the router to see if I could find if the connection had dropped off to verify this but couldnt find anything but did find this:

Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collision Pkts Tx b/s Rx b/s Up Time WAN WANoE 1188819 2867455 0 212970 314267 01:51:10 LAN Up 1462246 649973 15 787786 264366 01:53:26 WLAN (2.4 GHz) Up 33009 10783 0 6106 738 01:52:07 WLAN (5 GHz) Up 278009 52793 0 23787 3430 01:51:22

The collision packets this morning at the time of drop off said 30.

What can I do about this.

Its an hour drive to work to connect to a ethernet which is what I have to do when this happens so thats 3 hours out of my day from a split second drop off.

Hope someone has something that will help

Regards

Hi @GoodCook

That is odd, do any of the lights on your hub change? Do any of your other devices work fine while the issue is occuring?
