I'm about to have the plaster removed and replaced on the wall that houses my broaband supply box and the full fiber cable that comes in from outside. They've assured me that they'll somehow be able to work fine around it, but if they damage it then I'm assuming I'll get charged a callout charge etc for it's replacement.
I spoke to cstomer services on the phone who said that I wouldn't be charged, but that seems highly unlikely to me, hence me double checking.
Realistically I'm afraid no-one can give you a guarantee either way. It's unlikely that a repair would be chargeable, but Openreach does reserve the right to do so.
