Hello,
I have returned my Sky box in its original package with the return label within the time frame.
Can something be done about this please?
I did receive an email saying
"
Just a quick note to say thank you for sending back our Sky kit - it's now with our courier and will be with us shortly.
In the meantime, if you come across anything you should have returned, please order some more packaging here

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Aude1 hopefully you kept the proof of posting if you have give Sky a call butveven if you havent the email should be enough for the charge to be cancelled.
