I want to change my channel on my router. The sky q box keeps losing connection. I have to keep restarting it! I am not sure if my wireless sonos speakers are interfering with the signal with the q box in the other room. I have the sonos speakers in the living room, next to the room with the sky q box. I plus this really interfere with the signal and cause the network connection to be lost? The q box in the upstairs room has started to lose connection, this intails broken image ie juddery connection. Will changing my channel fix this ? I am on channel 11 where as normally it's 5 or 6, or is it something else!

It would be wise to fix the wireless channel on the 2.4Ghz band on the Sonos system and Sky Q 2.4Ghz wireless system. For channel selection, the Sonos and Sky Q systems should be separated by a number of channels so it doesn't cause interference. The best wireless channels to select, in most cases, are 1, 6 or 11 across the Sonos and Sky Q.
So, if you put the Sonos on channel 1 then Sky Q can be put on channel 6 or 11 and this will cause little interference between the systems for example. Or channel 11 for Sonos and channel 1 for the Sky Q setup, etc...
