Hi, I've recently signed up to Sky TV and broadband and was told that my connection date is 9th July. As I work from home (mainly online) I really need connection sooner. I work with vulnerable people and also, as a Deaf person myself, I use smart tech to alert me of any issues around the house. I've just moved hence why I don't have internet yet. Is it possible to get connected sooner so I am not left vulnerable and I am able to support my clients?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Greenhill01761 activation is done by Openreach not Sky and you are likely to have been given the earliest date in their diary. It is very rare thst you can move dates earlier.
