Changing Router

Sky Broadband is not available in our area so AirBand was the only choice. However, since the  change to a Nokia Beacon G6 we have lost connection to BBC iPlayer, ITV EXTRA ETC. I'm useless at this stuff so I suspect that I've not connected the G6 to the Airband Modem?? On the other hand, I probably have no idea what I'm talking about. HELP PLEASE

I am not really sure why you have posted in the Sky Broadband forum when you have AirBand as your ISP and your issue is with their router?
