Changed address, wifi switch on today but still not connected

We moved to our nee address on the 15th Nov 24 and the nearest internet switch on was today (5/12/24). Had a notification to say we are up and running. Connected Sky hub to open reach port using ethernet cable that was sent in the post and followed instructions given. Sky hub turns on, no light comes up for internet but green light comes on for wifi and orange light for voice. Tried troubleshooting and checking Sky website for help but still no luck and still not connected.
