The move home date is changing. I changed the installation date of new home in the app. But I can't change the termination date of the existing home. Please kindly advise. Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SinYing you are best advised to call Sky and speak to the Home Movers team directly. Depending on how closecthevorginal date was they maybe able to getvthe switch re-arranged but Broadband moves require action by Openreach who can be very inflexible.
