Change delivery date
I would like to change the delivery date for my router please, as my moving date is only the 17th to the address so can the WiFi router be either delivered to another address before the 17th or after 17th to my new to be address

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Whens your activation date?
For security reasons the hub is always sent to the account address via Royal Mail. This delivery can be tracked. If no reply the postie should leave a card that details where the package can be collected from. Hubs are normally dispatched to arrive a couple of days before the activation date.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

The activation is 16th but I am only moving 17th, I do not have acesss to property

Hopefully the postman will have left a card through the letterbox when you gain access. I know when my sons hub was delivered just before Christmas they sent him a message, and left a card but they'd left the parcel hidden behind a wheelie bin.
