Hi,
I’ve just purchased TV and broadband. Is it be possible to move my broadband activation date to an earlier date? I’ll be moving into my new property on 03/01/2025 and will need broadband as soon as possible since I work from home. The current activation date is set for 9th January, but is there any way to move it to the 6th January instead?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Yolanda9 the activation of the line is a job done by Openreach not Sky so is very rarely able to be moved forward especially at this time of year.
