Change activation date

Hi,

 

I’ve just purchased TV and broadband. Is it be possible to move my broadband activation date to an earlier date? I’ll be moving into my new property on 03/01/2025 and will need broadband as soon as possible since I work from home. The current activation date is set for 9th January, but is there any way to move it to the 6th January instead?

@Yolanda9 the activation of the line is a job done by Openreach not Sky so is very rarely able to be moved forward especially at this time of year.
