Cant access adult explicit sites

Hi I have recently moved house and now I can't get my broadband to access adult sites? I've disabled the shield. I have turned off all firewall safe searches etc. I have tried different browsers. 

if I use the my mobile data it works but it doesn't work on WiFi so it much be a router issue. 

I need to access these sites like OnlyFans for my work. 

sky say it's not their fault because the broadband works on other sites. But it should work?

Sometimes you need to enable the shield, leave it for 24hrs then disable it again. If that still doesn't work we can escalate your post here to chat with an advisor who should be able to manage it for you.

@Carly42did you get resolution and what was it pleasE?  I am having the same issue (different site) but it is infuriating, knowing that i pay for access but have to use mobile connectivity which is not great in the area i live.
