We had a power cut yesterday and since then our sky qbox will not connect to our sky broadband router or WiFi

@JFB2 if other devices are connecting properly it sounds like your Q box was damaged by a voltsgecsurge that accompany power cuts. Itsxworth also checking your Sky hub as they are often damaged in these events. Sky will arrange replacements if you call them.
