Cannot connect tv to WiFi
The WiFi is coming up as an option with full bars but whenever the password is entered it's saying it cannot connect. All my other devices have connected perfectly bar the one television. I have tried resetting everything and all the steps followed off the website but still no luck.

Re: Cannot connect tv to WiFi
With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
