Cannot connect to my broadband

Since yesterday evening Thursday, the 5th of March. I have had no broadband or Internet. I now have broadband but I do not have Internet. This is not acceptable. I pay over nearly £100 a month for this service sky and I've been a long-standing customer for over 30 odd years. I need to get this sorted please I need this for work

no this is not acceptable service and I am not prepared to give you any good feedback until you sort my problem out

@Jen1166 You are aware that posting on the Forum you are not talking to anyone from sky Customer Service, getting kind of late now, sky are open from 8am to 8pm, would suggest you call them early tomorrow morning, just dial 150 from a working landline or a sky mobile if you have that!
