Cannot connect to WiFi.

My router was off earlier today. ( decorating so it was temporarily unplugged) I have rebooted and my app is showing no issues. All the lights are green. However I cannot connect to the WiFi on any device.

I cant connect to anything either its a joke turned plug off for 5mins so could hoover up now i have no internet
