Cannot connect to WiFi via remote handset

I keep getting resetting ..this may take a few minutes when trying to use my voice control via my handset and I go to settings ... it never resets and just keeps spinning saying resetting this may take a couple of minutes ....

It says ...it looks like you do not have Internet connection ...go to settings etc ...which I do and it keeps spinning .
