Cannot change my activation date

I am new to Sky, trying to change & postpone my activation date. I am following all the steps, and using the help bot, but i keep being redirected to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/changing-start-and-end-dates-change-activation-date#need-to-resche... 

When i click get in touch to change activation date to take me to the form to request a change in activation date, it is broken. The page it takes me to https://www.sky.com/myorders/bb/engineer/reschedule . It just displays "Oops, something's not quite right The link you used appears to be incorrect or out of date. Click the link below to see all of your open orders."

 

And the chatbot wont put me through to a real human to help me.

Can you access your open orders page?

 

We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky usually saying nothing puts you through to an agent, I've always found the online chats very good.
