Trying to access broadband shield and it comes up with warning that Sky Broadband isn't active yet. This cannot be right, had sky forever

Find out more@ChrisHunt & @Shack1 If you are unable to access broadband sheild in your account the best way to get this resolved is to see if Sky can access it for you. If they are unable to access it then they can escalate this for you to find out why this is happening.
You need to dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts and ignore if they send you a text as it sends you back here. Hold the line to speak to an advisor.

I phoned them, they re-registered me with different email address, but still hasn't worked! Said wait 24hrs and will be fine. Don't think it will, think a glitch they are trying to sort but cannot admit to ot

I was told they could, but not the point if I want to change settings as I have young kids. But would be a temporary fix I guess

This is something that the community is unable to help you with, But do let us know what the solution was if they do get it fixed as it does help others when having a similar isssue to this.

Ive spoken to them and they said they would look inot it as they didnt know what it was but couldnt give me a time to fix, also on another thread the answer was:
Update - spoken to matt070819, after a few steps and checks, our back office team resolved the account issue and BB shield is now functional 🙂
