Cannot access broadband account

I can see my broadband account on my sky account however if I click to view the bill or edit broadband security it says 'this page is restricted'. 

I have sky mobile and can access bills etc just fine.

 

Ive called sky in the past however found the advice vague and unhelpful. Does anyone have any advice?
