Cannot access all Sky websites

For the last two days, I found that I could not access any Sky websites like Sky community or my Sky a couple of times.  It all happened suddenly but other websites are ok.  It returned to normal ultimately but what the problem might be?

@Skyuser168 difficult to know but it is pretty unusual fault if you are using a Sky hub. It is possible this was an obscure fault with the server node managing your connection not routing traffic correctly.

As bizarre as this will sound... go onto your mysky app and check the settings for broadband shield and adjust the age limits.

@Dannym35 I have checked and found that broadband shield seems not being applied.

Have you disabled the shield or do you mean you don't have the shield.

If you go to custom settings on broadband shield there is an option to disable shield.

@Skyuser168 it is therefore likelyto be a routing problem on the server managing your connection as Sky.com traffic is routed differently. There are well over 5 million of these connections and a few do develop faults the workround is to power down the hub for an hour which when re-started should connect you to a different node.
