Cannot access a indiavisaonline.gov.in via any device connected via sky wifi

I cannot access this web site from any device connected to internet via my sky wifi. This applies to android and windows machiines and also independent of browser. If I turn wifi off on my android mobile phone then the site is accessible as normal. Do sky block this site?

Perhaps because that site is apparently serving from a Geocities page somewhere in the late 1990s?

Having the same issue myself, however if I use phone 4G it loads instantly.

@Lynne+1 loaded for me in seconds via Sky so suspect it is pot luck depending on the routing and server load. Certainly not blocked by Sky.
