Cannot access TV apps

For 24hrswhen accessing TV apps and on our home page we have the message ' it looks like you do not have internet connection right now'. Our internet is fine, it has been checked several times, all green light on our WiFi box. Plugs turned on and off but we still can't access apps like BBC iPlayer, netflix etc

@Becky_07 It looks like your TV device may not have the connection to the Internet as everything else appears to be working fine from your posting!
