Discussion topic: My5 say my IP addess is incorrect, and am outside the UK. but I'm in the UK! Cannot stream any My5 programmes, on any device. Have tried switching off router, phones, TVs, My5 app, with no success. Keep getting same error message. Thought I would give Sky tech team a chance.

YOu would need to unplug the router for about 30mins-1hr to get a new public IP.
