Cancelled subscription
The thing is that I cancel my subscription a few weeks ago, and I was told I was gonna have my last payment, but I've just seen you're trying to take another payment of 43£ today and I don't understand why.
I thought the last payment was already paid.

@Carlos10 direct debits are requested around 14 days before the amount is taken from your bank. Once your service is fully closed and any equipment returned then Sky will credit your account and pay the money back to your bank if you dont buy any other Sky services.
You will need to call Sky Ireland yourself to speed that process up.
