Cancelled my engineer appointment

I've just been informed my engineer appointment on May 24th has been cancelled. After multiple phone calls cannot arrange.

 

please help asap as needed for work. Thanks

@Ben1999F  This is a customer helps customer forum, we can't reschedule your appointment or book one for you.  You will need to speak to Sky again, you don't say why they can't arrange a new one

 

Also working from home won't give your appointment any greater priority

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have had sky cancel and appointment on us.

 

We now don't need the appointment but I can't get through to sky to tell them. It's appalling service. Had nothing but issue with sky recently.

 

Has anyone got an email address as I don't really want to wait in a phone queue for an hour to tell someone to cancel my appointment. 

 

The emails I have tried have rebounded.
