Cancelled a switch

Was having issues with the wife's nhs vpn so was in the process of leaving sky BB to talk talk, 

 

now as of today the vpn has connected no problem numerous time. I've cancelled the switch with TT. Will sky BB continue to work as normal?

Hopefully, yes, but obviously there are potential tipping points in the provisioning process, so I'd suggest remaining alert to communication from both ISPs.

Crap, it's disconnected the sky service. How can I get this re instated asap. She works from home?
