Cancellation
Can i cancel sky when my gear has arrived? and before my activation date starts please?

You can do this anytime you want so even before the equipment arrives so you will need to call Sky. If the equipment still does arrive then you will need to return it:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
