@Aucilia if you are moving to another ISP who uses Openreach they will handle the Sky cancellation for you. Otherwise you will have to phone Sky and give 14 days notice.

You need to either call Sky and give them 14 days notice or if you plan to move to another network that is on the Openreach network you can sign up with them as they will; take over the line and should inform Sky that you have left so the choice is yours.
