Cancel

Hi I cancel my all sky last 14agust and start new sky like 23£ month what you still deduct higher bill why .I m very disappointed. I can't pay 90 and 100 pound every month .why tell me otherwise next time I stop my direct debit.

You can't be paying £90 and £100 for internet only. Must also include TV at full price.

But if money is an issue then stop paying for TV and take only internet.... and watch TV online 😊

Are your future bills wrong because if you have agreed a discount it will shown on your next available bill and possibly not your current one.

Cancelling the direct debit is definitely not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
