@Brocksett Sky Glass, where you have posted, doens't need reurning as you own it, what equipment are you referring to?

Have you recently made any changes to your Sky broadband subscription? Have you contacted Sky and asked why they are asking for the booster pod to be returned (and have they actually sent packaging for you to do it)?
