Cancel my order due to landlord rejection on fibre installation

Hi All, 

I've just moved to sky broadband from BT, and I ordered fibre 150 and the stream box. Stream has been delivered and works perfectly. But my fibre 150 is not going ahead as planned. I thought we already had fibre installed but I was mistaken and now Sky need openreach to do some work at our address. So I've contacted my landlord and they've said no to installing fibre and the work needed to get it. Can I cancel my broadband order and keep my stream box? Thank you
