Cancel engineer

I arranged a fallout out for an engineer which was on 19th December as the broadband was not working but it has now started working again so we would like to cancel the engineer Thanks Dave

You can cancel your appointment in the MySky app or online, you just need to login: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/reschedule-your-sky-tv-engineer-appointment

 

We are just other Sky customers so cannot action this for you.

Do this asap to prevent being charged £25 for a late cancellation as per the link posted by @stereohaven
