@Donatas1  Are you asking or telling?

 

If you're asking to cancel you can't do this through a public community, the easiest way to cancel is by transfering your service to another boradband provider by using the One Touch Switch service.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.

If you cancel before your contract ends (minimum term), you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
