I would like to cancel my sky broadband

@Suzanne35   You can't use a public forum to cancel any services, you willl need to call Sky to give 14 days notice or switch to another provider.

 

If you're still within a minimum term Sky may not accept the cancellation request.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
