Can you change your subscription by email or online? I don't think πŸ“ž should be the only option.

Dear all

Hi, our subscription for just talk & broadband is now £50 a month, we haven't had time to look into this but making some time now. Is there no way to change subscriptions with Sky online or by email? We tried the chat facility but it said to call, which isn't always an option for individuals so I am checking to see how others have made contact with Sky, please? We may have to go back to old school sending letters 😁Thank you. Take care.

Basically the idea is you negotiate a new discount with an agent. Pretty impossible by snail mail.

@cheese1234  Sky don't use email and for Broadband you'd need to call.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
