Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies as well as using a completely different device & browser?

You'll need to contact Sky then, this can happen sometimes. Either you can call them on 150 from your landline, the 03 number at the bottom of https://sky.com/help or we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with a Sky rep.
