Can’t log into old mac - WPA2 enterprise credentials

Booting up my old iMac to save old files but when trying to log into wifi it's asking for WPA2 enterprise credentials which I'm not sure what this means or where to find it?

usually our SKY password is for anything else (phones, other pcs, game consoles etc..) it's iust the simple wifi password no username

@97chloegamble Have a look at your mac settings, the sky Hubs do not support WPA2 Enterprise security, WPA2-PSK is more than likely the default. Your not trying to connect on a sky Business Hub per chance that may support the level off security that a home hub does not?

@97chloegamble your network configuration on the Mac is set up incorrectly. Unless this is a work machine tell the Mac to forget the connection and reboot it. Then add the Sky connection from scratch but select WPA2-PSK or WPA2 personal.
